Originally got the wrong sized case but they sent us the correct size and told us to regift the incorrect-sized case to someone. Loved that we didn’t have to return it, as regifting it is way more sustainable than throwing it in a package and sending it back. The texture of the case is soft but I will say some of the recycled “bits” kind of stick out and fell out of the case so there is now some dimpling. Design has faded a bit but that is to be expected
