Replacement Spring for Rag Rug Spring Tool

After deciding to try my hand at the old style rag rug I remember having found a tool in a house clearance that I kept even though I didn’t know what it was at the time. The spring snapped pretty soon after starting my rug- it must be at least 80 years old! I came across the replacement spring on ragged life- couldn’t believe it. The service was inexpensive, but good quality and arrived really quick. Thank you - it means I can continue with my new hobbie.

May not fit the original Browns tool.

The spring was not quite the right shape for my original Browns tool, it had to be bent and twisted at the end and then forced into place.
