Steelhead Fast Access Pistol Box - Gen 3

Gun box itself is excellent. Heavy duty with thick cable to secure it in my car as needed. The shipping process itself was my only negative. I know that living in Hawaii is more difficult but shipping costs annd charges are adjusted to support. The lockbox took 14-15 days to get to me in Hawaii after paying the increased shipping costs. Inquiries to Safe and Vault store for status - simply just replied that they don’t control shipping (USPS) with no concern of the customer’s perspective of asking/quesrioning the class of shipping (priority, first class, etc) with zero tracking progress information along the way. Happy with the product. Not happy with the shipping and customer support regarding the shipping. There has to be a better method since the shipping costs are passed to the customer. I would investigate other companies for ordering and shipping options for this product.
