I thought I was ordering the ceramic plates instead of steel ones. When the plates arrived, I was extremely disappointed with the clarification and confirmation process when ordering. It's the first time I've ever ordered plates for my manufacturing plate carrier company. But I guess live and learn. However, I was extremely impressed with how clear and concise your company was with accepting my payment.

Well made, shipped very fast, obviously haven't tested, just praying they work as billed.
