Works well but could use better instructions (more complete) on each of its features.

I want to love it
I started out my adventure needing a device to release my EPB this was the soul reason to drop $300. Didn’t know which option to choose so I chatted gave make model and specifically what its intended use was. I was presented with this option and I purchased. Received 2 weeks later tried it and it did not work contacted customer service (Eric whom by the way was always prompt, friendly and eager to help) then for approximately a month of contacting back and forth having different updates and “fixes” applied, I am now left with a $300 paper weight I’m not allowed to return because the assured troubleshooting took me out of the 14 day return policy and even tho the issue is documented this is how I’m left cold shouldered and now will have to shell out more to have the issue I was trying to fix fixed. I trusted being told that this was the device I needed I suppose that was my fault.
