Glow

This is my second order of Beam Glow. This time I chose the combo pack of blue raspberry and strawberry kiwi. The flavors are good and easy to drink when mixed with cold water. I do not notice any aftertaste. So far, my hair and nails are looking great. I had bloodwork done right around the time I started so when I get repeat labs in September it will be interesting to see if there is any improvement.

I got my first Beam Glow order in May and chose the variety pack. As far as flavor, the raspberry is a bit sweet for me (and I love sweets), the blue raspberry and strawberry kiwi are my favorites. Watermelon is also a bit strong. I like the individual packs which make it convenient to take with you. I add them to at least 16oz of cold water and drink one every morning before coffee, vitamins and coffee. After 6 weeks of daily use, I've noticed my hair and nails are growing fast and strong. I don't know if they've helped my hormones yet. (New bloodwork in September will possibly give me a clue) Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Love the pineapple and always the watermelon! Glow gives me that little boost of energy needed in the afternoon. My nails are stronger and grow very fast! Love Beam Glow!
