This is the first Forme shirt I have purchased. I bought an XXL. I found the inner lining on the sleeves to be very tight and uncomfortable. I had to remove the shirt earlier than I had hoped due to my arms being constricted. Otherwise the shirt fit fine and supported my back well.

Strongest posture support I’ve tried. It is a bit tight under the arms which took getting used to, but overall it’s pretty comfortable. If you’re on the fence about two sizes, go with the bigger one.
