Soft Touch Holly

They have a nice site, shipping was fast, plants were packaged well and arrived intact BUT the plants were MUCH smaller than they should have been. We ordered online because they had the qty we needed but local nurseries and home supply retailers had smaller pot sizes with much larger bushes for half the price. We ordered a larger pot size from Perfect Plants than what was available locally expecting a larger bush but we received bushes that were tiny in the pots and half the size of smaller pot sizes locally even though we paid twice as much. Also be aware before ordering that their return policy is only for store credit less a 25% restocking fee and you pay the shipping back. I tried to leave this same general review on their site and realized after a week or so that when it never showed up on their site that they curate their reviews. So all those good reviews are because they don’t allow any of the negative reviews through which is a dishonest business practice in my opinion.

Holly Came in Great Condition

I was having a hard time finding anyone with SoftTouch Holly in stock in a 2-3 gallon pot. I ordered one from Perfect Plants to replace one that had died out over the winter. It came shipped on time and arrived in good condition. It's now in the ground and doing well so far
