This Micellar Cleansing Water does an excellent job of removing my makeup and cleansing my skin, including my waterproof mascara. I was so surprised at how easily everything came off. There was no rubbing necessary. It just melted away! I was concerned about it drying up my already dry skin, but after using it, my skin feels really soft and hydrated.
