Subscription added but not working

I have tried to add the subscription twice but it is not sent to me automatically and I have had to go back onto the site and re-order my products each time. Is this not working properly?

I was skeptical but I've been taking these for almost 2 months and I can see a reduction in the lines, on my face. My skin looks better over all. I'll continue to use this product. The packaging design is inspired.

Sad to say goodbye

Excellent product would recommend unfortunately due to financial difficulties at the moment j have requested cancellation of my subscription hopefully in the future I will reorder . I really hope my subscription is cancelled promptly many thanks.
