24" Waterproof Smart Magic TV for Bathroom-On Wall Mirror TV

I received a damaged item; the tv came with a crack right out of the box. I have called and emailed but only get automated responses, and don’t worry we will send you a return label. So far I have received no label but I have a damaged tv! They have my money! I am sure I will not order from this company again and I hope I don’t take a loss on so much money:(
