Size up

The dress is so pretty and my baby girl loves it but two things, if choose to get something on pre order its best to size up just to be safe when i ordered mytoddler was 18-24m size so i ordered a2t now shes 2t-3t and it literally arrived about a week or so ago. Also i had no update on my order, i had to ask about it on the facebook messenger to then get my order shipped the following day. The person i spoke to was very kind but i cant help but wonder could my order have been shipped sooner but i had to ask?
