Incredible product & experience!

I had accidentally ordered my colour in the tag colour at first, I had sent a message to customer service and Andy was so incredible and friendly. Not only was he able to switch the collar to the rose gold option after the tag had been engraved, but my collar also shipped the next day and arrived quickly :)! The collar is beautiful, very durable and amazing quality. Between the collar and my great experience with Andy, I will definitely be a returning customer :)
