Great product, but…

I almost feel bad giving this review, but it has to be 4 star and not 5, although that’s purely based on price. The products are fantastic, genuinely I think they are the best I’ve bought of this format. Even M&S diffusers aren’t anywhere near as good. The fragrances are gorgeous and they last AND they fill the room brilliantly. But they are simply too expensive. Maybe they don’t have enough scale to get prices down or they just want higher margins, which is their choice, but I would buy this once, but to be a repeat customer they either need to be much cheaper or they need to have better value refills.
