XxL worked great!

I am really happy with these spats! I got a 2xl and for reference I am 220 lbs, 5 ft 7, big hips and thighs. I wear a singlet under all my no gi gear but I was thrilled that these spats stayed put and didnt seem to get thin when stretching!
