I love heart shaped earrings, so when I saw this, it was a must! It fits perfectly in my forward helix. It’s subtle but I love the shape!

A little more effort to get them in than a traditional stud, but if you plan to wear them for more than a day it’s definitely worth it. I’ve had them in for a couple of weeks and so far they feel secure and have caused zero irritation. And I can even feel them when sleeping!
