I use this in many things i cook. I do wish the flakes were bigger but the flavor is fantastic and makes every dish i cook look and taste wonderful. Ive been using it for a long time. I buy fresh spinach and can never use it all before it starts getting slimy. Gross, this is the magic trick i kid you not. No waste... ever. Price is good too.
