Healthy plant arrived on time

The mulberry tree I ordered was very healthy when it arrived, and the shipping estimate was accurate (it was a preorder with estimated shipping date). There were clear, easy instructions attached to the plant and included in the box, and it is thriving in its new home. The only downside was that it was listed for $30 as a 1 gallon plant, so I was expecting a 2-3 year old tree. The plastic pot said 2.5 pints on the bottom, and the maturity seemed to be about 1 year or less. I reached out to customer service and received a quick reply with a full explanation (“1 gallon” is a relative term in the planting business), so I’m satisfied with my purchase but did want to share my experience.

Good shipping, prompt customer service

I bought this tree in the 1 gallon planter and a cold hardy pomegranate in a 3 gallon planter. Both arrived very well packaged and looking vibrant and healthy. The trees have been planted for a few days now and are looking great. Customer service was responsive when emailed so all in all a good experience.

My Mulberry is doing good

Good size, of course well-packaged. No bugs, because I check with hand-held magnifier. Very happy.
