I originally received the battery and went to set it up but was unsure on how to make it work. I was then helped by powerful lithium the whole way through FaceTime. I had another issue with my controller and they also once again helped me through any issue and even helped me while out riding at a trade show. It shows commitment to the customer which I am very thankful for. I was able to bring the bike into their shop and they fixed it and installed a new controller free of charge. I had an amazing experience with them and would buy from them 100x over.
