Metropol Zip A5 Organiser

Not sure if this is a faulty model

I have never owned a zipped planner before and was excited to order this zipped A5 Metropole. However the zip mechanism is wedged under the bottom tab when the planner is open and so there is no “give” to depress the bottom tab to open the rings. I can open the rings by pulling them apart, which we are told not to do, but I am not sure if my planner is faulty or if this is a result of the design. Disappointed.

Fabulous filofax

I love the Filofax it contains everything I need for work and so handy being zip up so I can keep my stuff in there without fear of it falling out. Would recommend .
