New phone purchase

We purchased this for my elderly Dad who has dementia and is in a care facility and he loves it. So much easier to use than a standard mobile smartphone for him. Great purchase.

The phone is working as intended, the instructions with it are out of date in some areas, the identical former phone lasted less than 3 years before becoming unreliable.

Good product - purchased for my elderly father. But almost too many options on there. Would be great if there was an even simpler version. He is having issues with the memory keys and if there is something on a screen like a missed call from Someone it doesn't pick up the M1 - M3 it will go on the screen. Maybe a very simple version with less Options is the go Also Thanks
