Bought these boots for my daughter’s Texas A&M ring dunk party. They were true to size and had very nice detailing overall. However, the embroidery on the heel (“Aggies”) was uneven — the font appeared thicker on one boot than the other and there was some white space. For the price, I expected better quality control on those details. I contacted customer service about it, and they were very responsive and friendly. They also agreed to provide a discount, although I never ended up receiving it. Overall, the boots were still nice for the occasion, but just be aware that the product may not look exactly like the photos in the ad.

Daughter Loves these Boots

My daughter loves these boots. I was slightly disappointed that one of the boots had a place on the top of one boot that was wrinkled and the other boot was smooth, but ot didn’t bother her. With that being said, the quality was not perfect, but she loves them anyway. They’re very cute.

Great Quality & Excellent Customer Service

Boots are beautiful. Bought them as a gift for my daughter. They run a little large so we had to exchange them for a 1/2 size smaller. The customer service was amazing and made the process so easy. Great quality boots.
