I had an issue with the guard from the led light mouth piece, I emailed Smilie and had an instant reply OVER THE WEEKEND who quickly rectified the issue without hesitation by informing me that they’re sending out a new one on the next business day! My teeth are not that stained, but enough that I sought out a whitening product. This product has shown a proven difference (I wish I remembered to take a before photo 🤦‍♀️), but I will definitely be repurchasing again!
