I ordered this item 3 months ago and it still has not been delivered, I paid extra to get it earlier also and the team were shocking, I must have left them about 6-7 emails and only got one response saying that the item has been “shipped”, the shipping says 5-7 days but it has been like that for about a week and a half now, I am extremely unhappy with this shop
