Great fuel
Great to keep me going during the day and stop me snacking on “bad” treats when I up my running miles and the day hunger sets in!! Occasionally a bit dry but depends on the flavour

Good quality
Not for me but for my other half. She likes the quality but not keen on all the flavours (fig in particular) always great quality from Veloforte though.
