I love this ink. It looks great even with fine nibs and there is some lovely sheening on Tomoe River Paper.

Spectacular ink. A deep blue green with gorgeous cranberry colored shading. It’s so rich and luxurious! Loved sampling it. A full size bottle is now on my wishlist.

Great with an asterisk

This ink is designed with sheen in mind and it excels there. It's a lovely, fancy ink with a gorgeous teal color and a complex, purple-like sheen. I can't personally give it a 5 star rating because I don't think it is as versatile as I'd like. It's fun and sophisticated but paper choice matters here and pen choice does a bit too. Too fine a nib and I think you lose some of what makes this ink great. So, think about your use case before getting this ink. It isn't a daily driver but it adds some flare to the occasion of writing. On the fence? Well, that's why this sample exists. Try it out!
