Cute bag
Love this big black, holds so much. Seems like great quality. I did have an issue with it being shipped the first time, but when I contacted customer service they quickly sent another order and I got that a few days later

If you are looking for a work tote this is it! It was bigger than I expected but just right for my needs! The material is so butter soft. Top tier quality. It came packaged like a designer bag, included a dust bag! The charms are very cute and colorful. My only con about the bag is that I wish it had a multi strap option. One for handheld and one for crossbody or shoulder. It’s just a fun sophisticated type of bag! Must buy!
