ok first let me say I love this backpack, but there are a couple of drawbacks. The material is the same as what they use to make there pants and that's great. Although it really like to pick up lint, pet hair and the like. On mine I added patches cause their is plent of room on the flap....Yeah. Several of the chains I took off. Just because they got in the way of usage. Which is pretty easy cause they just attached with velcro. I do wish they would of included a crossboy strap cause this backpack can easily become a messenger bag. Son im just gonna find a strap somewhere. Should be pretty easy to find.

It's a very spacious bag, I wish there was dimensions listed but it is around 17inch by 15in give or take. The bag flap gives me a lot of space for pins and patches which I really like to.
