Async Research Institute Hat

This is a pretty neat hat, but also pretty mid. The fabric quality is awesome. Denim like material that feels like would last. The stitching material feels great as well. The issue is, at least from my copy -- it looks like it's put together a little lazy. Flipping over the inner flaps on the inside of the hat, you can see some excess material from the brim and or the hat band sticking out some from seams. The stitch work looks good on the outside, but the inside there's quite a lot of loose and extra threads that I had to cut off and it looks a little sloppy. Kinda like "good enough, send it" type stuff. Other than that, it's still a great hat. I'm just not confident in it overall. Other Backrooms merch I've gotten from A24 is way better than this and would still buy from them.

I absolutely love this hat and wear it all the time when i am out and about. Its very good quality and the embroidery stiching is a nice touch 🤩💛

The hat looks incredible! I’m particularly drawn to the intricate embroidery work. It resembles a real company that distributes Async hats to its employees. Whenever someone asks me about the hat, I’ll casually mention that I work for a company that manufactures MRI machines. However, the truth is, I’m actually mapping out the Backrooms.
