Love the bag origination & quality. Am having a bit of trouble with the crossed straps when using as tote. The handles lay oddly on the shoulder.

The bag is very nice. It's roomy and comfortable to wear both on the shoulder as well as backpack style. I like that the external zip pocket is large enough to fit my huge phone. I like the exterior leather zipper pulls. I wish the interior zipper pulls were also leather and not as small as they are. I added a keychain ring to the larger interior pocket zipper pull to make it easier to find and grab onto.
