Doesn't work for my fog

I think it may work for a larger dog. My JRT is only 15" around her girth, and it kept sliding on her. One day I was trying to get the front strap back where it should be and she slipped right out of it. I was afraid I'd never see her again. Velcro does not work on a dog harness. I won't use it again.
