Anillo Amazonia

I spend £50+ on two rings and they turned silver so fast when i only got them a couple 5 days ago and got wet soap on them once because i forgot to take them off and ever since they’ve been getting more and more silver. It’s really disappointing as they are very pretty but poor quality. i’ve been wanting to get a refund or at least talk to the company but they won’t reply to me i at least want a partial refund and be able to return them so that they don’t lose materials. i’m very disappointed.
