Parts are not compatible

Parts that are supposed to fit together do not. I emailed AIC Motorsports support and never got a response.

Took 11 months to receive replacement parts

Tried to cancel after I ordered but no way to do that and then I returned the product a month after I bought it to the store so no longer needed the replacement 11 months later this past month. I received an email letting me no such item or shipping I contacted them right away and said I don’t need it please cancel. They said that I would have to have receive it and then send it back. This all took 11 months for a product that was necessary to ride the bike… Mirrors.
