Took very long to arrive, smells a bit strange, and runs large. But looks like the picture and is definitely comfortable. The sizing can be fixed with a pair of thicker socks. The customer service was very professional and kind and good shoes for the price

Could’ve swore I ordered a size 35, but my confirmation says I ordered a 38 instead. I emailed them to see if an exchange was possible since I just received them about a day ago. I’m ok with returning the shoes, but they want me to pay hidden fees, $30 shipping costs, $30 customs fee and it’ll take roughly 3-4wks. OR give them away and they will send me a 50% off discount just to order the right size. When looking back at their return policy it doesn’t specify any of this. :(
