First time trying it. It is pretty healthy, but it taste like asphalt so I recommend mixing it with your drink to dilute the flavor.

I love shilajit and have been trying different brands, but the potent component in this one hits different. Probably cause it’s from the Himalayas region so it’s more richI love it.
