Tall Ashley Pleated Jumpsuit

Not as advertised.

It's not what was advertised. It is slim at the legs instead of being open as shown, like a palazzo. It is too long, now i wonder how to adjust it. The fit is not small but slim at the bottom. So i can not say it's too big, too small or true to size. And the fabric quality is poor. Sorry, but i think it's overpriced. . .
