Universal Dimmable 24V DC LED Driver TRIAC

I purchased an LED lighting system for my home, but shortly after it arrived I realized it was not compatible with my installation. Within just a few days of receiving it, I contacted customer support to request a return. Unfortunately, obtaining an RMA has been extremely frustrating. Despite responding multiple times and acknowledging the company’s return policy as requested, I continue to receive the same automated response instead of the promised RMA number and return shipping label. The product is unused, within the return window, and in its original packaging. At this point, the lack of meaningful customer support has made what should have been a simple return unnecessarily difficult. I hope the company improves its return process so customers can receive timely assistance.
