The bag seems great, but I haven't used it yet because the strap is apparently for a medium sized child. Wearing the strap fully extended crossbody puts the bag uncomfortably high on my side, somewhere around my elbow. I'll save a full review for after I can find/purchase/make a strap that's actually long enough.

Great bag, greater value

This bag is absolutely fantastic in a number of ways! First the construction for the cost is seldom seen in today's world of products, I could not believe how good it felt opening it out of packaging. It is so sturdy. Quality leather and brass fittings too! The two outer slip pockets are nice, but inside is even better. The photos online don't do it justice. Compartmentally, there are 3 divided sections, one of them with 6 tool pouches sewn into the divider. I can fit a number of EDC items and something bulkier like my film camera or daily lunch items too. It would be a mistake to not buy this.

Quality home for your edc

Love the quality and features of this bag. It could be a little bigger, but then again it keeps me from overloading myself with too much weight. The pockets on the back of the bag are large enough for a field notebook and my cell phone with its Otter case. The inside pockets are perfect for pens, a pen light and a Swiss Army knife. I also bought the foraging pouch along with it, and have used it for gathering tinder, mushrooms and rhubarb stalks. It makes it very convenient when you stumble across something useful in the woods or garden. Would definitely recommend either product.
