I ordered three of what I thought came as a set, jacket and pants for the sale price, when in reality the pants and jacket are sold separately. Completely, my fault I was attempting to multi-task. I did not realize my mistake until I received the items which were shipped separately for some reason. Unfortunately, the items did not fit properly, but they were of great quality. And if they fit properly, they would've been wonderful, no doubt. So I went to return the items, which like I said, were shipped separately so I had to pay 14. 99× 3 to return the items, which is not refundable. Really not sure why it costs so much money to return something. I've ordered many items online, and I never had to pay a return fee. Now it's been weeks since they received the packages, I still have not received a refund which is completely absurd. I've ordered many things from this company. I've never had a problem before. But also I have never had to return anything before. Needless to say I will never order clothing from here. I'm definitely not into paying over $45 for nothing!! Great products, your return policy sucks Hopefully I get my money back soon. That would be great.
