Christmas miracle.

I ordered my husband a Avataq for Christmas having left it a bit late waiting for my Christmas wages to drop into my bank. As it was the only thing my husband really wanted for Christmas I was relieved to get it ordered in time. Unfortunately I received an email to say they were out of stock but they could keep my order on hold or refund me. After much thought I decided to keep my order on hold until new stock came in as I explain in a return email to Lucia that it’s all my husband really wanted for Christmas. I was surprised to get a phone call while at work from the Reed company saying they read my email and then proceeded to go above and beyond to find an Avataq (from their show/demonstration stock) and would send one to me so it would be here in time for Christmas. What a lovely thing to do for the company to do. My husband was so chuffed to get his wish granted off me via the Reed company. I would have no hesitation to recommend Reed to anyone who wished to own a piece of equipment from this uk produced and homegrown company. Thank you to all the staff from Reed who went above and beyond to help with this “Christmas miracle” to help make a very happy Christmas for my husband and I.
