Major Stretching Issue & No Customer Support

I purchased multiple pairs of the Generation 5 Pocket Pant from Seven Diamonds and was initially very impressed with the fit and comfort. Unfortunately, after wearing them for just one day, they stretched out significantly — at least four inches in the waist — to the point where they were literally falling off. One pair was even about six inches too large right out of the box. This seems like a serious manufacturing defect, because I don’t see how pants can stretch that drastically under normal wear. I reached out to customer service, and they initially forwarded me to a live agent, but after multiple attempts to follow up, I never received a response and the issue was not resolved. I really wanted to like these, but the inconsistent sizing and lack of support have been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the Generation 5 Pocket Pant.

New Favorite Pants

I’ve been searching for years to find a replacement for my prior favorite pants from a well-known retailer after they changed the material and the fit. These are perfect! They have a slight stretch in the waist but maintain their shape and have a tapered leg that looks tailored. They work for the office but also transition nicely for casual wear. Please, please do not change this product.
