Almost perfect

Love the color and received many compliments. The one thing that is not great is the hair line. The dark stitching for the darker roots is not blended with lighter shade to make it look more natural and soft. It's obvious and pronounced. Now I have to do a hack to make that look more natural. 1st time with this maker. Raquel Welch wigs have much nicer softener hairlines. The overall color and fit is just right, sans hairline, thus 4 * . I would still recommend.

Disappointed

This was my second purchase of this wig and the original was awesome but it needs a replacement. I was shocked to see how much downhill the quality of the wig and online support went. Maybe because Ellen Wille passed away, and quality control is no longer there but the wig I received had a flapping, sticking out piece of weft, and the knots were huge. So I returned it. The replacement was ok but it was not packed how it used to be. It did not have tissue inside the wig. The communication about the wig was traumatic to say the least. So looking for another source online.
