Love our Dishmaster

I have had a Dishmaster ever since I was a girl (over 50 years). It is great for rinsing dishes for the dishwasher, washing things that aren't going in the dishwasher, washing pots and pans and so much more. The service and help given by the people there is amazing, they are so patient and willing to explain or walk me through any questions. After sending them a photo, they got me the new style diverter which is working perfectly. I think we will always have a Dishmaster.

Diverter Cartridge - SUCCESS!

After a number of tries previously (partly because we have two Dishmasters), this diverter valve works perfectly, so thank you.

New Cartridge OK - New Handle does not fit good!

Only time will tell if the new style cartridge last any longer than the original style. This is the 2nd timer I have had to replace the diverter cartridge in 7 years. Trouble is the new style handle that is supplied to work with the new style cartridge does not fit the faucet properly. It leaves a larger gap between the faucet and handle, so it is not uniform to the other side. Even my wife commented on it and now is not happy with the results, least I don't have to hear about the dripping faucet anymore...
