Charmeuse Satin
I needed that particular color, I prefer a thicker satin, but this is a good choice for low cost in costume material, and good for draping as it is thin. I used lining to give more support.

Fabric Review
The fabric fit well for draping design. I use various textures to create style. It flowed well and I was able to swag and create crisp pleats.
