Malfunctioning whisk

Whisk started malfunctioning after 4 months, I tried changing the batteries but then the whisk won't stop whisking nonstop even if you try pressing the buttons, nothing happens. The whisking stops only if you take the batteries off. Very dissapointed and paying 16€ for a whisk and it's stops working after 4 months is not normal and shouldn't happen.

Faulty

I bought one and it didnt turn on even after changing out the batteries. They replaced it with another one that worked for a week in which i only used it once and it already doesn‘t work properly again. If i press hard on the batteries it might do some spins but not many
