I did not have a great experience with Customer Service. My order had not shipped until I contacted the company almost two weeks later. Although I was refunded 20%, my socks still arrived 2 days later than the shipping stated it would arrive, missed the first games, and the socks are very large for youth and hardly stay up. I have ordered many pairs of Bare Feet socks and never have I had such a blah experience with below standard socks.
