These are really nice. I'm a size 10.5 but the toe part was a little small. I was able to get a size up and just pay for shipping. This is my second purchase and I will buy again. My first purchase was a short boot and that size fit perfect but these are dress shoes and were snug at the toes. I would rate it at 5 stars if it wasn't for the strong chemical smell. It took 3 days and some Odorban sprays to get rid of the smell. Other than that, the shoes are awesome. Lots of compliments for the shoes!

I wear a 10.5 in boots but these cute pumps were too tight for my wide feet. However. I emailed customer service and they let me get another pair in a size 11. I just paid for shipping. The new shoes fit perfectly and I am so thrilled with the fit and the style. The bottom of the shoe has a thick rubber sole. You will not slip in these! Great shoes! I will buy again. My third purchase is on the way now!
