Soul Full Of Sunshine Dress

I absolutely love this dress! Fits true to size

First time I am disappointed, the material looks different than the photos and gives cheap look also the skirt is kinda wide

The picture of this looks like a normal cotton dress but the fabric feels like a water proof bedsheet or tent material. My husband and sister in law both said it was the worst material they had ever felt. Felt cheap and not worth $72. I would maybe pay $15 for this dress.
