Chiaogoo 40" Fixed Circulars

Great customer service!

I ordered some yarn and two sets of circular needles at the beginning of the month and emailed after 10 days when I hadn't heard anything about my order. It got dispatched the same day as the email. When I got my parcel, I was missing a pair of needles but I emailed again and on the same day I got a response saying a second pair would be sent first class to myself the next day. I was very pleased with how speedy I got responses to my emails and am very pleased with the pieces I bought. The yarn is gorgeous and I can't wait to start my project. I understand what it can be like running a small business and understand that human error occurs. I'm sure I will order from here again! ☺️ Thank you
