Defective Bottle

I love this serum and have been using it for many years. Recently the bottle was re-designed and the top is defective. When you pull the cap off , the pump is stuck in the cap! I wrote to customer service and they recommend that I twist the cap in the opposite direction to tighten it and then the other direction. This worked. However, on my 2nd and 3rd orders, the same thing has happened. I tried to twist in the opposite direction, but the cap seems to be “stripped” and just keeps turning without tightening. I ended up using the serum without the pump. I have not contacted customer service before writing this review so I hope someone reads this.

Disappointed

This is not the SkinLongevity Serum that I loved and bought for years. I wish I'd known that before I bought more of this... I wouldn't have. The new formula is thicker, doesn't blend into my skin as well and is not the same fragrance. It used to be light and refreshing, the scent was mild yet very pleasant... I looked forward to this every morning. And now I do not. The new version is pretty like any other serum out there. I'm 75 years old and have bought my share of different skin care and make up over the years. It's always disappointing when favorite products are altered or eliminated. I have to say, though, I've experienced more of this with Bare Minerals than any other brand. Lip pencils, eye brow pencils, eye shadows... I've had to shift gears, go to other brands, etc. and it's just very disappointing. If you ever mess with Complexion Rescue, that will be the end for me.

Great product, poor cap/dispenser

I love this product, however the outer cap was glued to the inner pump, making application less than ideal.
